Artichoke Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Italian Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Wash and drain artichoke hearts.
    Mix all ingredients together; chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into balls; roll in Italian cheese.
    Serve at room temperature.
