Chinese Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock filets
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    garlic salt (sprinkle)
    1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
    1 or 2 green onions
    1 (10 oz.) can or 1 qt. tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown chopped green peppers and garlic salt in oil.
    Turn heat to 225\u00b0.
    Add tomatoes and cook over low heat approximately 5 minutes.
    Place fish (lightly seasoned with salt and pepper) into tomato mixture.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. While fish is cooking, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with enough water to make a thin solution.
    Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon Accent.
    When fish is cooked, add mixture and glaze fish with it.
    Layer chopped green onions, including the greens, over the fish and serve on a bed of rice.
