Frosted Lime-Walnut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Pour hot water over gelatin, stir until dissolved. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
    Add pineapple, cottage cheese, celery and walnuts. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Frost with combined cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
