Tiffany'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 can black beans
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 can diced tomatoes
    16 oz. French onion soup
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
    9 oz. diced red and green pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with garlic and peppers. Add to rest of ingredients in a crock-pot. Cook for 4 hours. Add Franks red hot to taste.
