Country Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn and juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 whole eggs
2 c. water
Preparation

Mix flour, baking power, salt, corn with juice and sugar in a large bowl with 2 cups water until smooth.
Fold eggs in a separate bowl until well blended.
Add the flour mixture and mix until you have a pancake consistency.
Fry on medium high heat. Makes 16 to 24 fritters.
Serve with butter.
