Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast or shoulder
    3 or 4 large onions
    2 or 3 bunches green onions
    1 large head Chinese cabbage, cut up
    2 cans sukiyaki notomo vegetables
    1/2 to 1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Have butcher slice beef bacon-thin.
    Put canned vegetables in deep saucepan.
    Set heat on high.
    Put in a layer of chopped vegetables, then a layer of meat.
    Pull meat apart in thin strips, 2 x 3 inches or so.
    Do not let burn.
    Add soy sauce to keep from burning.
    Reduce heat, but keep pretty high.
