Broccoli With Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch slices
    3/4 lb. broccoli florets
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
Preparation
    Place carrots in a steamer basket over boiling water.
    Cover saucepan and steam 4 minutes.
    Add broccoli and steam another 7 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Transfer to a serving bowl.
    Add butter, salt and pepper to taste before serving.
