Grand Ridge Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Coat potatoes in flour, brown on both sides in hot oil.
Drain all the oil possible out of the potatoes.
Add milk to cover potatoes (13 ounce can Pet milk with cup of water makes better gravy).
Cover and cook on medium heat until potato is tender and gravy is thick.
Serves at least nine.
