Shrimp Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. medium-size shrimp
    15 pieces lumpia wrapper or egg roll
    1/2 medium sized carrot (in 2-inch pieces)
    1 bunch green onion (in 2-inch pieces)
Preparation
    Prepare marinade by combining sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white wine and lemon juice.
    Shell shrimps, leaving tails. Devein.
    Wrap shrimps with 2 to 3 strips each of carrot and green onion in lumpia wrapper or egg roll.
    Roll.
    Seal with cornstarch paste.
    Deep fat fry.
    Serve hot.
