Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes, save 1/2 c. juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
2 small boxes orange jello
Preparation

Heat all juices and dissolve jello.
Add other ingredients. Mix well and chill
until set.
