Pork Chops And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 pork chops
    seasoned flour
    2 (No. 303) cans black-eyed peas
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Dip pork chops in seasoned flour; brown on both sides in oil. Top with black-eyed peas.
    Add diced onion and garlic powder. Cover.
    Simmer 1 hour or until pork chops are completely done and tender.
