Gorgonzola Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 large egg white, lightly beaten
    6 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
    2 large egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    butter and flour (for baking sheet)
Preparation
    Using a stand mixer and paddle attachment, cream the butter. Add the cheese and
    mix thoroughly. Add the flour, egg yolks, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Mix until dough just comes together and gently pat into a square. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
