Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boiling bags rice
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. frozen green peas
    1 grated carrot
Preparation
    Cook rice with salt according to instructions.
    Saute onion, peas and carrots in margarine on high heat.
    Add cooked rice and fry, while stirring, until mixture starts to brown.
    Sprinkle with sesame oil.
    When rice begins to separate, add soy sauce to taste. Serve topped with a mixture of cubed zucchini, coarsely chopped onions and mushrooms (optional), which has been fried separately in a little oil.
