Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix the cheese, flour, pepper and salt.
    Set aside.
    Cut potatoes in eighths lengthwise; rinse and leave wet.
    Coat potatoes in cheese mixture.
    Place in baking dish.
    Drizzle with 1/2 stick melted margarine.
    Top with parsley; cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.
    Remove foil and let brown.
