Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts (skinless)
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 rolls Town House crackers, crumbled
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into chunks. Mix crackers, margarine and poppy seeds; set aside. Mix soups and sour cream in a bowl; set aside. Cover bottom of 2-quart deep casserole dish with 1/2 cracker mixture. Place chicken on top; cover with soup mixture. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
