Veggie Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cabbage
    1 c. carrots
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Shred and combine the following ingredients: cabbage, carrots, celery, green peppers and onions.
    Toss well. Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic.
    In a larger bowl combine both mixtures.
    Chill for one hour and then it's ready to serve.
