Pork Chop And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
    salt, pepper and flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. water
    3 tsp. parsley
    sliced potatoes
    sliced onions
    several slices green pepper
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, cheese soup, water and parsley.
    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes, sliced onions and several slices green pepper (2 large potatoes and 1 large onion for 4 pork chops).
    Cover with soup mixture.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
