Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1/3 c. hot water
3/4 c. beet juice
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 c. grated beets
parsley
Preparation
-
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add rest of ingredients; pour into mold and refrigerate until mixture is set.
Turn onto bed of lettuce; garnish with parsley.
