Deer Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

deer cube steak or minute steak
salt and pepper
flour to dredge meat
grease to fry meat
onion (optional)
garlic (optional)
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Put grease in frying pan.
Flour, pepper and salt meat. Brown in grease.
Pour grease off and add 1 can mushroom soup, onion, garlic and 2 cans of water.
Bring to a boil.
Turn heat to slow and simmer until thick and done.
