Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 bell peppers, diced
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1 large onion, diced (optional)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 to 3 cans drained and rinsed kidney beans
    1 bottle Catalina dressing
    1 to 2 bags barbecue corn chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chips.
    Add chips just before serving.
    Can be made night before and add chips just before you are ready to serve salad.
