Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. shredded kraut, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the oil, sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Pour over onion, green pepper, celery and kraut.
    Mix well.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Keeps for 2 weeks.
