All-Bran Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. All-Bran cereal
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. pasteurized liquid egg substitute
1 1/2 c. skim milk, divided
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together All-Bran and hot water.
Set aside.
In large bowl, beat egg substitute and 1/2 cup skim milk. Add reserved All-Bran mixture, remaining milk and next 5 ingredients; stir until well combined.
