Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
4 c. rhubarb
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix together flour, powdered sugar and butter and pat into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Blend the remaining ingredients.
Put on the baked crust.
Return to oven and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer.
Top with Cool Whip.
