Fresh Fruit Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small pineapple
    1/2 medium papaya
    1/2 lb. Granny Smith apples
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Halve pineapple lengthwise.
    Remove and discard peel, leaves and core.
    Cut in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Halve papaya lengthwise; remove and discard seeds.
    Pare and cut in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Halve apple; remove and discard core and peel.
    Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    In a medium bowl, combine fruit and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
