Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pepper, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes or fresh peeled tomatoes
1 pkg. saltine crackers, crumbled
6 to 8 green peppers
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Add onions and chopped pepper until bacon is crisp and onions and pepper are tender.
Drain off all grease.
Add tomatoes and cracker crumbs; simmer for 20 minutes until mixture thickens.
