Carrots For Company - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    6 slices American cheese
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots.
    Melt butter, cheese and milk.
    Gradually add flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour over carrots.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
