Garden Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head red cabbage
1/4 c. sliced leeks
1/2 c. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. yogurt
parsley flakes
salt
Preparation

Combine cabbage, leeks, chives and parsley flakes.
Mix yogurt, mustard, dill and salt.
Pour over slaw mixture; toss. Pepper to taste.
Chill and serve.
