Hotel Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. head green cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white distilled vinegar
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Wash, drain, dry and shred cabbage.
    Place shredded cabbage in large bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Must be well chilled.
    Mix remaining ingredients in order given.
    Toss dressing with cabbage and chill again before serving.
