Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 medium potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Cook
    potatoes until almost tender and drain.
    Add sour cream, soup,
    cheese
    and
    onion.
    Crumble
    Ritz\tcrackers in plastic bag;
    add
    to
    melted margarine.
    Pour potato mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.\tBake at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until brown.
