Red Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen raspberries
    1/2 c. currant jelly
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. Chambord liqueur
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Chambord liqueur and lemon juice; stir on moderate heat until boiling, then add the liqueur and lemon juice.
    Simmer 10 more minutes gently.
    Serve on ice cream; especially great for peach melba.
