Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen drained, thawed blueberries
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 (1-inch) sq. lemon rind
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put fruit in cake pan (fresh, frozen or canned).
    Add tapioca or flour to thicken juice.
    Put in oven to heat until topping is made.
