Butterscotch Krispie Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation
    Combine butterscotch chips and butter in a 2-quart glass dish. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes, at power control 7, until melted.
    Stir in marshmallows.
    Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes, at power control 7, until marshmallows are softened; stir until smooth.
    Stir in cereal.
    Press into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch square glass baking dish.
    Let stand until cool and set; cut into squares.
