Soy-Ginger Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl.
    Pour over meat that has been placed in a glass dish.
    Marinate meat for 6 to 8 hours, turning meat every 1 to 2 hours.
