Piquant Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut in serving pieces
    butter or margarine
    6 lime or 4 lemons, sliced as thin as possible
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken pieces in butter in a skillet.
    Place chicken in an ovenproof casserole.
    Cover completely with lime or lemon slices.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve plain or with Red Chili Sauce.
    Makes 4 servings.
