Chewy Pear Brownies(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites or egg substitutes
    2/3 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped pears (fresh or canned)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs in mixer bowl.
    Blend in sugar, margarine and vanilla; beat
    until sugar is dissolved.
    Combine dry ingredients. Stir
    into
    egg
    mixture
    until
    flour is moistened and batter is smooth.
    Fold
    in pears and nuts.\tPour into 9-inch greased microproof\tpan.
    Microwave
    on
    Medium-high
    for
    12 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.\tMakes 16.
