Turtle Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. bag caramels
    2 tsp. milk
    1 c. pecans
    1 stick paraffin
    1 bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels in double boiler with milk.
    Add pecans; drop on wax paper.
    Melt paraffin and chocolate chips.
    Dip caramels into chocolate.
