Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fruit (peaches, cherries, apples)
    5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    5 Tbsp. sugar and seasoning (optional: cherries - almond; peaches - cinnamon; apples - cinnamon and nutmeg; blueberries - lemon juice)
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put fruit in bowl and sprinkle sugar and flour over fruit. Mix next three ingredients and spread over fruit.
    Mix next 2 ingredients and pour over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
