Flan "A Spanish Dessert" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bake in a pan that has a round tube in the middle.
    Turn oven on 350\u00b0.
    Put tube pan in oven with 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons water in it, inside another pan that is half full with water.
    Cook until it turns brown, then set aside.
    Beat eggs, then add sugar.
    Mix on medium speed.
    Add cans of milk and beat, then add vanilla extract.
    Pour into a round pan over brown sugar.
