Mushroom Smothered Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) can Weight Watchers cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. Molly McButter
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. celery flakes
1/4 tsp. dry onion flakes
3 c. cooked rice
salt and lemon pepper to taste
Preparation

Season chicken breasts on both sides with lemon pepper.
Brown in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine soup, Molly McButter, mushrooms, parsley flakes, celery flakes and dry onion flakes.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour this mixture over browned chicken breasts in skillet and simmer about 15 minutes or until chicken breasts are tender.
Serve over cooked rice.
Entire recipe makes 4 servings.
