Perfect Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco
6 to 7 c. plain flour
Preparation

Mash potatoes well while hot.
Add sugar, Crisco and salt. Add eggs after this has been mixed.
Add flour, a little at a time, until you have a soft dough you can handle.
Roll and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Dip in melted butter.
Fold over and pinch together.
Let rise until double.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
