Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 (17 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato juice
    1 bag mixed vegetables, frozen
    4 medium potatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
    Add water to obtain desired thickness.
    Cook about 2 hours until meat is tender.
    Salt to taste.
    Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are done.
    Can also be made in crock-pot.
