Baked Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, cubed
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    8 to 10 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch cake pan; line pan with bread cubes. Combine eggs, salt, mustard and milk.
    Pour over bread; let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake covered for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0; uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
