Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. dry milk
1/2 Tbsp. ginger
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. pumpkin
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs; mix well.
Add dry ingredients, blend well.
Add pumpkin and water, mix well.
Stir in floured raisins, if desired.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 400\u00b0 for at least 30 minutes.
