Barbecued Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 c. parsley
3/4 tsp. curry powder
6 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt butter and add remaining dry ingredients. Add shrimp and stir well to coat.
Divide shrimp on 6 (12 x 18-inch) pieces of heavy-duty foil.
Fold foil around shrimp, sealing edges well.
Grill over hot coals, about 8 minutes.
Turn and grill until done, about 6 minutes.
Serves 6.
