Beef Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
4 eggs
4 tsp. salt or seasoning salt
1 c. ketchup
Preparation

Thoroughly mix together all ingredients.
Form into balls about 1 1/2-inch in diameter.
Makes 24 to 28 balls.
Divide into 2 parts.
Slowly brown half the balls on all sides in 3 tablespoons fat.
Remove balls to hot platter.
Make gravy in same skillet.
At the same time, bake rest of beef balls in large casserole in moderate oven at about 350\u00b0.
Bake about 20 minutes; cool.
Cover and freeze or refrigerate until needed for other dishes.
