Fruit And Pecan Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
    1/2 c. pitted prunes, chopped
    1/4 c. raisins, chopped
    3 Tbsp. orange flavored liqueur
    3/4 tsp. grated orange rind
    3/4 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
    3/4 c. coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and let it sit, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
    Chop fine in a food processor.
    Stir together the coconut, pecans and fruit mixture until it holds together.
    Shape 1 teaspoon dough into ball and roll in sugar. Store in airtight container lined with wax paper; separate layers. Keeps a long time in a cool place.
