Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 lb. ground smoked ham
5 c. milk
1 (18 oz.) box Wheaties
1 tsp. mustard
3 lb. lean pork
10 eggs
1 small bottle catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix ham, pork, milk and eggs together well.
Add Wheaties and mix again.
To make individual loaves, use 3/4 to one cup of meat mixture per loaf.
Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix catsup, mustard and brown sugar well to make glaze.
Spread on top of hot loaves and bake about 1 minute more.
Makes about 30 loaves, depending on size.
