Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. persimmon
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Press persimmons through a colander. Add sugar to persimmons. Then add milk, egg and dry ingredients. Bake in shallow pan for 20 to 25 minutes.
