Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fresh spinach
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can bamboo shoots
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    12 oz. bacon, fry and crumble
    sliced fresh mushrooms (if desired)
Preparation
    Wash spinach and let dry.
    Add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, sliced eggs, crumbled bacon and sliced fresh mushrooms.
    Toss lightly.
    (Grilled chicken breast strips may be placed on top of salad to be used as a meal.)
    Serve with Spinach Salad Dressing.
