Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, butter, flour and vanilla in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut. Beat until thickened and cooled. Yield: Enough for a 3-layer cake.
